Treatment planning is easy with CSM. Simply define your goals, planned outcomes and planned activities and record them in an easy to use intuitive interface. Over time update your treatment plans as activities are completed.
Each goals can be linked to a CANS or other assessment score allowing you to track the same element scores over time. The score change in time will indicate improving outcomes.
