Training
CSM is very easy to use and is therefore, very easy to learn. Users learn CSM by entering live data into the areas of the system that relate specifically to their job functions. New users are grouped by service program and skill level so as to optimize their learning experience. New users will be trained for a half day to two days depending on the extent of their needs and the scope of functionality to be covered. All users “go live” immediately after the training. CSM is well documented in a User’s Guide which can be viewed electronically or printed. CSM training can be provided on site or remotely as appropriate or necessary.
