Support and Mainteneance
For the first year, CSM support and maintenance is included with CSM licensing at no additional cost. In subsequent years, support is provided at 20% of the original license cost annually. Support includes unlimited telephone calls and recovery from disaster. You are entitled to all maintenance releases during the support year. A support and maintenance agreement is required for CSM.
