The OCAN is based on the CANS assessment. The OCAN assessment in CSM meets the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care requirements for recording, reporting and uploading of data.
OCAN assessment scores can also be associated with Treatment Plan goals, if the OCAN tool is your preferred assessment tool.
