CSM allows attaching of user defined electronic forms to client contacts. These electronic forms can capture additional data related to the contact such as assessments, questionnaires, formatted data that is otherwise not captured, or letters/correspondence, etc.
Electronic forms can be stored as BLOB data or as raw data in the database for trend analysis or historical reporting at a later time. What electronic forms you implement and how you configure them is up to you.
